BPC-157
For tissue that has to knit back together
A 15-amino-acid sequence derived from a protein found in gastric juice. In our practice it is the first protocol after cruciate repair, tendon injury or a gut that has stopped tolerating food. It does not replace the surgeon; it works on the weeks afterwards.

TB-500
For joints that have quietly stopped moving
A synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4. Slower than BPC-157 and worth the wait in arthritic seniors: owners usually report the change as a behaviour rather than a gait — the dog gets on the sofa again, the cat takes the top shelf.

Ipamorelin
For the animal that has stopped eating
A selective growth-hormone secretagogue. We run it shortest and watch it closest, because appetite loss is a symptom before it is a problem — if bloodwork points somewhere else, this is the protocol we most often decline to send.

Questions owners actually ask
Do I need a prescription from my own vet?
No, but bring whatever you have. If your animal is under treatment elsewhere we ask for the diagnosis and the current medication list before we compound anything — interactions are the main reason we decline a case.
Is this legal in Colombia?
Peptides are compounded here for veterinary use under veterinary responsibility. Every batch is formulated and signed off by a licensed Colombian veterinarian, and every shipment carries the consult reference it belongs to.
How do I inject it?
Subcutaneously, in the scruff, with the insulin syringes included in the box. The consult covers the technique, and the printed card in the box repeats it. Most owners find the first one hard and the second one routine.
What if it does not work?
We reassess at the date printed on the card. If there is no measurable change by then we stop the cycle rather than extend it, and we tell you what we would look at next — usually imaging or bloodwork, not another peptide.
Can you ship outside the main cities?
Yes. Cold-packed courier reaches most municipalities in 48 to 72 hours. Very remote addresses take longer and we will say so before you pay, not after.
Do you treat cancer?
No. Peptides are supportive care and we will not present them as anything else. If oncology is the right road we say so on the consult and refund nothing, because the consult was free.
